About me
My path, what I can do and how I work. I'll try to be as concise as Donkey.
I was born in 2003, though judging by my face, a lot of people would put me at sixteen. I’m a recent graduate in Communication, Media and Advertising from IULM in Milan — a course I chose at 19, partly because I wanted to try and build a path a little different from the ones I saw around me. There, I got to dive into the history of film and television, theatre and radio, and literary storytelling in the digital age — alongside workshops in creative writing, copywriting and advertising creativity.
The path
In my third year, I spent four months on exchange in Seoul at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies, thanks to an ASEM-DUO scholarship awarded on academic merit. I took courses in the critical analysis of Korean cinema and animation, as well as one on Hollywood film as a mirror of contemporary social dynamics.
I’ll skip the usual “it was a formative experience that really opened my mind” because — drumroll — it’s obvious: every experience leaves you with something, for better or worse. What really matters is who I met along the way: extraordinary people who helped me through difficult moments, helped me grow both personally and linguistically, and reshaped the way I see friendship. I left for the other side of the world without knowing Korean and ended up building a little family far from home. And maybe that’s where I realised how little distance matters when people are willing to understand each other.
I’m a “work in progress” that never really ends. I don’t know where I’ll be in 3, 5 or 10 years — I barely know what I’ll be doing tomorrow — but I know I want to build something big.
What I can do
I watch a bit of everything, from films that stay with me to those that leave me wondering why I watched them all the way to the end. I’m not a die-hard cinephile, but I do like analysing some films more closely, so much so that my thesis explored the inner journey of the protagonists in Silence, The Last Temptation of Christ and Raging Bull towards salvation, understood as self-acceptance.
Take Shrek, for example: it’s my favourite animated film series of all time, but it’s also a great example of how an apparently light-hearted film can still have something to say. It takes apart the idea of Prince Charming and puts an imperfect hero in his place — stubborn, shallow, judged solely by his appearance, while nobody bothers to look any further. The message is that being full of flaws only makes us human: we have the right to be ugly.
The rest I learned by doing: in Core Chinu, an e-commerce launch project, I worked on the strategy, copy and automation, including building a workflow with Make.com, for which I earned the Intermediate badge.

I’m fluent in English and I can get by in Spanish, which I studied at university.
How I work
I’m not always the most organised person in life, but when I’m working on something, I like to see it through and do it properly. I’m not interested in doing things just for the sake of doing them.
Off the CV
I love films and TV series — especially animation — even if I’m not a die-hard cinephile. If I had to describe myself as an animated character, I think I’d be a mix of Donkey, Sid and Kuzco. My guilty pleasure is still a well-made romantic teen drama: I guess I’m an incurable romantic. Or maybe it’s just my age.
Pitbull is a fixture in my playlists — although, judging by what I listen to, Spotify puts my average age at 74. My favourite things are the sea in Puglia, a Negroni and sunflowers.
